Timber Development Corp.  was founded in 1992 by Michael Timmons and Douglas Bercu as a shopping center development and management company. Since the inception of the company Timber Development Corp.has developed more than 2 million square feet of shopping center space. In 2014 the company expanded its portfolio ​by adding three assets through acquisition. By year end 2016, Timber Development Corp's Portfolio will consist of 27 shopping centers, located in 13 different states.
